Telatah anak

Seronok melihat anak membesar dengan sihat dan bijak.
Si dia yang agak kuat perasan :p ...

Si kuat merajuk... lagi merajuk lagi mama suka sakat. Adakah punca aku suka menyakat menyebabkan Alany bertambah kuat merajuk...? Hahaha

Nak tanya sket ya. Untuk anak² seusia Alany, apa vitamin yang sesuai? So far Alhamdulillah, Alany bukan jenis yang senang demam/selsema. Kiranya antibodi agak kuatlah. Bab makan pon tak pernah menolak. Jadinya i'm thinking of vitamin untuk brain, mata, skin etc. Adakah yang ini sesuai...care to share? Ataw terlalu awal lagi?

Features and benefits

  • Contains concentrated omega-3s, in a convenient one-a-day dose
  • Chewable, natural rasberry-orange flavoured capsule
  • No artificial sweeteners
  • Suitable for children 1 to 12 years
  • Tooth-friendly formula
  • Omega-3s are essential for maintaining normal eye function

How it works

Fish oil is a source of omega-3 essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids (EFAs) are incorporated into every cell membrane in the body in the form of compounds called phospholipids. Cell membranes play the vital role of regulating what goes into, and what comes out of, each cell. The integrity and fluidity of the cell membrane is determined by the type of phospholipid that is available for the body to use.

Cell membranes made up mainly of phospholipids derived from the essential polyunsaturated fatty acids are more fluid and function better than cell membranes made up of saturated fat or trans-fatty acids.

Omega-3s play a role in brain development and function during the early stages of life. They cannot be manufactured within the body and therefore they must be derived from the diet or from supplementation.

Studies suggest that omega-3s may also play a role in learning. As well as their role in the brain, omega-3s also help maintain normal eye function and may help support healthy vision.

  3. I x pernah tau bila hAdif boleh isap. Tp masa g clinic, soc ada kasi pastu terer je hadifisap. Siap makn 3 biji lagi. Asyik dok minta kat doc.

Scotts tu i bg perasa original. Masa tu x rasa kesian lak sbb dia suka sgt2. Tiap kali balik nursery, buka fridge minta scotts. Sbb i xnak kasi any flavor before 2 yrs. Luckily dia suka. Hehe. Skang vit c je la. Senang sket xyah nak suap2. Mama malas basuh sudu n scotts tu busuk! Hahahah. I yg x tahan senarnya.

Fuhyoooo terer la abam hadif ni.
Anyway baru ni i gi clinic. Pastu doktor kasik Alany Vit.C. I tgk releks je dia kunyah dengan muka pelik..hehehe

Kitowang dah decide nak kasik scotts la kat Alany. Harga pon murah byk compare to Blackmores tu...hehehee. Actually i konpius nak bagi vit apa sebenarnye. If u tgk, Alany ni kecik ja tapi makaaaaannnnn ha punya la kuat. Nak kasik appeton pon rasa tak sesuai...tapi tu lah, berat skrg pon baru 8.8kg. Doktor advised kasik Vit.C pon dah cukup..tapi tau je la i ni kan...hahahaa

Alany adalah pemakan orangnya. Kecuali yang lembik² cam bubur cair, mashed potato mmg dia tolak tepi.

Aku pon igt nak kasik scott jugaklah, tapi tataw nak kasik flavour apa. Nak kasik yg ori cam kesian laks... memula dulu hang try tak kasik yg ori? depa ok tak?
